alright guys, i went for it in the end, paid £6000 for a clio 197 no spec, with 12 Months MOT, 6 months tax, 2 new tyres, a full service including all filters, oil change and plugs. 6 months warranty and autoglym paint protection but without the autoglym pack. Oh and a tank of fuel 
Cambelt was done 4000 miles ago so this wont be something ill have to do, especially as I'm only doing 6000 miles a year. Only a two owner car, full renault history, no scratches/dents, 42000 miles on an 07 plate. So all in all i dont think i got myself too bad a deal.
What does everyone else think?
