Aftermarket steering wheel

It'd solve my own reach issues (short arms) but in a road car you're sacrificing the air bag :s wouldnt want to headbutt it.

I'd be more inclined to go with the Sabelt Renaultsport wheel, but as Grumpy points out you are sacrificing the airbag which comes in handy at times

Not keen on the Sabelt one tbh. The other benefit of this one is it comes closer by 90mm.

You can always fit a spacer to decrease the reach so you could tailor it perfectly.

Do you have adjustable reach on the cup Martin?

I dont think the cups do have ajdustable reach, well my cup doesnt, i use the OMP Targa 330mm Suede wheel with an omp boss and 30mm spacer.

No reach on the Cup. Thats not the issue though. The issue is, I really like the look of it lol.

@mitch not to hard to fit at all, i had done the same thing in two of my previous cars, as long as your careful when removing the airbag, and make sure you disconnect the battery for atleast 45 mins before its all ok.

@noddie it does look alot better, but its also the feel that is a lot better, i havent taken the clio on track yet ( only had it 9 weeks ) but when i had the wheel in my civic it made such a differance as the wheel is small and the grips are so comfortable.

That looks bob on Dan.. Would need some extra buttons for the cruise control but you can get those to fit behind the wheel.
