Adjustable top mounts for post 2010 cars

Just wondered if anybody has fitted any adjustable top mounts to the revised style as I am in the market for some but wanted to see some pics of them fitted and some reviews.

Is there photos of the drilled towers and the compbrake top mounts installed? I would like to see how this ends up looking before taking a hole saw to the car!
