AD08 pressures - Daily + Track?

As above really, what pressures are people running for the road? And then on track?

A previous car I was running around 36 hot in the dry on track, but with the Clio being much lighter what does it tend to like?

Road use I would say around 30/32 all round

Track 24/25 front and 27/28 rear is what I would use personally but I use the AO48's.

Thanks for the reply mate. Are the track pressures you quote hot temps? They sound very low if they are?

They would be cold temps before you go on. I was checking mine after each lap of the Ring.

On the road 32f 30r cold

on the track 32f 32r hot.

i run 32 all round daily but 30 cold was too much around donington but fine around a wet goodwood.

How will I know where the sweet spot is pressure wise? Or is it just a case of experimenting?

Also how much do pressures increase between cold/hot?

I'm doing my first trackday tomorrow on Ad08's

um well at goodwood my pressures went from 30psi to 35psi on a dry/damp day.

I ran 28/28 hot on the 200. It did 4/5 trackdays and 23k miles before the tyres wore to the wear indicator.

Well I have them at 32F 30R for the road and i've read that pressure rises by 4-6psi on track so I guess i'll start at 28F 26R and see how they change!
