Hi guys, new to the forum. My partner has a 2012 clio 200.
I was out in it the other day and while driving on the motorway at approx. 60mph I put my foot down to go around another car. With my foot to the floor it feels like there is about another inch of pedal travel past a certain point so I push a little harder thinking it was some sort of economy feature (I'm now thinking it's to disengage the cruise control, still not sure).
Anyway the pedal sticks flat to the floor and accelerates to 90mph, a little bit scary, manage to pull it back out with my toes, but now the pedal no longer has that click point with the extra inch of travel.
So basically what have I broke, and when is the throttle wide open, before or after the click point. Hope that makes some sort of sense.
Any advice welcome
