360 degree Rotation of flywheel for power gains

Hi,

I have recently heard that if you rotate the flywheel 360 degrees, the car is 1 revolutions ahead and gives it power gains. Logically myself and a few others are finding this hard to understand.

If anyone knows about this or has done it, please explain.

Thanks

I also heard if you rub the engine three times whilst saying the word "horsepower" it adds 50bhp

Only joking
