200 recaro question...

Was looking at my seats the other day and thinking. They have a built in airbag?

If if this goes of does that right a seat off?
can it be replaced? And if so at what cost.

As it does no damage to seat by going off? So I can't see they you couldn't interchange the airbag box as such.

anyone have an answer?

Can't see it writing off a seat as its only the rear plastic bit it'll pop out of.

I'd guess replacement would be similar to if you had to replace the steering wheel bag, pop blown one out and pop new one in.

As for price I'd hate to think of the cost seeing and its a specialist seat :/ but yeah best way is to avoid having to replace it lmao

I know the seat without an airbag is around £300 less from Recaro.

As long as its competently removed it's all good. That's only what I've read online. Same as steering wheel.
