ive got one had it for 16 years if you need any info let me know. ive got a workshop manual in pdf form if you need it great car if its well looked after better everyday drive than my rs200 if im honest although i dont use it much theres not a lot in it performance wise either.
I really hope so Rob as it will probably only be taxed for 6 months of the year and just dry stored over winter. If it is as simple as the ISCV being replaced then all will be well. Has a rusty passenger side arch but that doesnt affect it in anyway so that will just be sorted 'as and when'
So on Saturday I decided to start the old girl after 2-3 years in storage by the previous owner (bearing in mind the cambelt is 8 years old now) so it was squeaky bum time
Little hessitation but fired up nicely so drove her out of the garage and started with the clean.
Snowfoamed with Dodo Juices new snow foam product
Washed with Dodo Juice Sour Apple
Bilberry wheel cleaner on the wheels along with some Tardis
Dried
Applied a quick detailer to just give a little gloss to the finish
(for me) Pint of Fosters
re ISCV give it ago with a good quality carb cleaner before you go down the road of a new one as i seem to remember they are expensive. i had same probs with my williams and it sorted mine, good luck.
Yeah that task is in hand lol, got the carb cleaner so going to give it a clean this weekend and see if it sorts the issue. Need to replace the lambda sensor too as my next job

The Idle issue where it cuts out, thought changing the ISCV would fix it but it hasnt, tempted to just throw it at a mechanic soon and get him to fix it lol
