It is an odd track and certainly not one of the more premium tracks the UK has to offer. The surface is quite abrasive. The upside to the track is that it is cheap to use and is normally open every Saturday.

The old/spare hubs have been put back on to the Clio now. The cerakoted hubs are knackered. All of the parts have been torqued up to spec according to the workshop manual.

Have you checked your earths, and double checked that your starter motor heat shield has not been dislodged and is shorting out on something?

It gets worse. There are even more cracks on the passenger side hub. These cracks are not due the hub being over torqued as the crack is in a hollow section between two solid sections.
