Yes I read that a while back and I actually tried to get it replaced under warranty but Renault rejected the claim. Even though they then approved a claim for rust on the tailgate! So going by that post the support is different to the standard mk3 is this correct?

Turned out to be a rusted up hole through the bleed valve. New one on and issue sorted. Thanks again guys

When removing the rear brakes on my 197 I noticed the Caliper carrier bolts are pretty rounded. It’s the hex bolt that attaches the calliper carrier to the stub axle I’m after. Any idea where I can get replacement stuff or what size i should be searching for? Thanks

Sorry yes I should have been more specific. I am after the ones that hold the carrier to the axle so number 1 in your diagram. Thanks
