I have to say: sorry for Wembley 2.0 If there is only 1 goal difference in the end, not something to be proud of... EDIT: Well....should not have been tooooo worried ;)

    New car

Those beemers are quite refined. If I´d ever go a non sporting route im sure i´d have one. I also have to say the look of the 1-Series has grown on me...since production start. Engine is epic too.

    Carbone Lorraine Pads

Well, I obviously can only tell from my own experience. Wasn´t so excited. Not much wrong with it in terms of stopping power. But honestly, especially for road use there is not that much to gain. And on track you stress your discs too much quite easily.

    Carbone Lorraine Pads

They produce a lot of brake dust. But I had no problems with my alloys. Let´s just say I now swapped back to the original Ferodo produced Renault originals. After 8k Miles on road and 1 trackday there wasn´t that much of a brake pad left, not to mention the outworn discs (8k Miles old) Not...

KTEC Big Brake Kit 330mm - It might just fit

If you look on the productsite and the first picture(the blue bracket lying on the disc) you can see it´s part of the kit along with new bolts for the caliper. According to this picture on yozzasport, 330mm discs fit on 17 inch wheels: My car comes with 18 inch as standard, so not really a...

KTEC Big Brake Kit 330mm - It might just fit

I only called them like that, because they have been on the market for ages. No pun intended :)

KTEC Big Brake Kit 330mm - It might just fit

Yes, originally they are intended as an upgrade for the Megane RS. Those are not the same discs as the common KTR 2-Piece 312mm.

KTEC Big Brake Kit 330mm - It might just fit

Hey there, thought some of you would be interested in trying those out: :) Link to K-Tec productsite I have to say they are really quality items as far as look&feel is concerned. I heard some people say, that they will fit under 17 inch wheels but it´s not yet confirmed. Being...

Renault Sport Clio 197 Racing Red

Even for Road use, try the lower pressure...that will keep temperatures slightly higher and the wear of the tyre is more consistent. I´ve done around 20k mls with the Clio on Toyo R888, just want to share my experiences... :thumbup1: Have fun with em!

    ex Nimbus r27r #2054

The amount of money/work you already spent on the Clio is nothing short of ridiculous... Absolutely love it :jase2:

Renault Sport Clio 197 Racing Red

What pressures are you running? I would advise for performance road use you try 1.8bar on the back an 2bar on the fronts. On track I had mine down to 1.5bar upfront, after one 1/2 hour stint, pressure was up to 2.6bar!

My FULL FAT R/B 197, is now sold,

Well guess how long i´ve waited for my 2-Piece Brembos?! nearly 3 months! Wouldn´t worry just yet...

    BIG Decision to make ...

Are you kidding me? I looked after exactly the same cars (335d Coupé, R26.R) when I was thinking about trading the 197 in... Depends on what you´re planning in the future...wife, kids etc. An R26.R is not a car that is keen on compromises... i.e. my gf literally hates 6-point harnesses. Not...

    Something different,

A standard Golf GTD even with DSG is slower in a straight Line. 8.1 to 62 mph compared to 6.9 and 220 km/h compared to 223 km/h (marginal and catalogue figures, but anyway). In Gear Performance should be loads better though. Nice Collection you have!

    OZ. Ultraleggeras

Sure thing :) But I´d like to advise against it anyway :p Btw. just ordered a set of O.Z. Alleggerita HLT 8x18 ET55 in matt Black for my R26.R + a set of Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 225/40 R18 ;/ I´m curious how they compare to the Toyo R888...

    OZ. Ultraleggeras

Apart from making the ISAS (Independent Steering Axis System) useless, if you go deep into the fortys... There is a reason why Renault has such a ridicoulus high offset. Spoils the drive for me (had ET40 alloys and ET43 with spacers)
