Checked and one of the fuses wasn't connected. Fan kicked in after running the car for 10 mins, and air con now working :) Thank you

Well to cut a long story short VWG replaced the clutch and both cylinders after having the car 10 days. Turns out one of the cylinders (can't remember which they said) was leaking into the box. Collected the car on Saturday and the gear selection issue appears to have been resolved :)...
