if its keyless did you follow the "forced ignition on" procedure....if not then obd2 will not work

NOK??? is it nox to high? co to high? are the 1st lambda sensor voltages fluctuating alot ie its working right did they get the cat hot enough so it actually works?

i would be checking the main loom in the engine bay from engine to ecu....

the throttle pedal will have 2 tracks - one that goes up in "voltage" the other goes down.....like most throttle bodies have you checked its fully opening when its on (removed the inlet pipe to look) what about getting it to re-learn the throttle... failing that does anyone else have some...

did you spin it over the same time for all cylinders and make sure the throttle was fully open?

as said i dont know who else to contact or who "owns" the site now but no admin for over a year bit of a joke really...

i am putting this out here as i have been patient long enough over this & it might just get back too someone that owns the site!!! there is no main admin on here and hasnt been now for 12month+.... what this means is that if anything needs changing ie "name change" it cannot be done as those...

looks ok for slight impact....remove the valves and decoke the chambers and see how they look

see if you can borrow one.....it will save you changing and throwing money away if the sensors are ok

if you have a obd2 scanner with live data you check for the lambda voltage fluctuations

if you have limited access to tools....put it on tdc no1 and fill inlet/outlet ports with wd40/diesel and see if it leaks out/level goes down that will prove the valves... or a "wet" compression test...ie a few squirts of oil in the bore and compression test...see if anything improves
