Small update: Spoke to Ktec and they said it's most likely the lower engine mount that has gone which is why it's dropping down too much. Time for some power flex goodies!

Haha so got it fitted! Took four hours as it was a bit faffy but does sound great and a lot of the bass has been removed which is nice for cruising, and it bangs! Bad side? Well the fitment isn't as good as I hoped, it sits about an inch lower than the standard one which is odd. Pic below...

Dropped car off this morning, they told me it'll take 5.5 hours according to the guide time but I said some people have them off in 3 so let's hope! All the bolts look in good condition so hopefully it'll be quick!

Oh 100% the running costs are much much more but if you're smart and buy a good car it's not too bad, although seeing how much they are going up in value I'd risk a cheaper one haha

Yeah I went to go drive a 220 trophy and really did like it but my car felt much more raw and like a hot hatch, saying that the interior is sooooooo much nicer than mine it's a joke and was certainly quick, would love a tuned one. Although for £15k+ I would buy a mint E46 M3

I agree on the manifold being awesome but when I ordered mine they didn't have it in stock and didn't even bother to tell me, and when it was ready again I had to phone them to chase it up. They gave me zero communication.

Yeah I never actually got a response from him, I had to chase them again.

So manifold is arriving tomorrow, garage booked me in for next Wednesday to have it fitted.

Just sent him an email to see if they could hurry my order along a little, hopefully I'll hear back from him soon!

Thanks for that, yeah I'm looking forward to the sound. Never heard one with a Scorpion exhaust either. Not sure emailing him will help as they said they won't get one delivered until mid next week! And hopefully to me Friday. If it doesn't arrive next week I'll email him I think.

Update: Got a call from Ktec today who said my manifold will arrive end of next week, would have preferred this week but clear they were not going to help past that point

I'll keep my order for the Ktec manifold if they can pull their fingers out and get me one!
