There is space to pass a flexible pipe from the side of the radiator, throught the side and up right behind the headlight. It just wont be on the same diameter as the V6 entry, because that is huge.

Depends on the usage and the heat rejection capacity of the coolant radiator. As long as you have coolant and oil temperatures within reasonable values there is no reason to change. Also, keep in mind that having a larger intecooler will reduce a bit the exposed area of the coolant radiator. As...

Regardless of the price, that looks like a very neat soution. Have you considered incorporation an oil cooler (or supports) in one of the sides?

You need to plan some vacations in the sunny south when there is some event and you do the combo. Also you have N2, which is the longest road in Portugal, that goes from Chaves in the north to Faro in the south. It's not always the best surface but is very scenic and a very nice road trip to make.
