    Quick Q - 197 Cambelt Kit

Thats a good price, but make sure it includes the water pump. I also doubt it will include the dephaser, but they are meant to be a stronger design on the 197/200.

    Tightening suspension and steering

Polyurethane isn't always your best option - as said it will introduce increased vibration and could lead to an overly harsh ride if used everyday. It all depends on your intended use. My car is pure track so I use Powerflex black bushes, which are great on track, but I can imagine would be...

    Rear cup shocks

Yeah, as I posted above I know the top mounts are different, but I'd like to know what the differences are in the strut (if any) between the 3.

Thanks for confirming. I wonder if the fronts are also the same?

Clio Meg RS320bhp conversion (update Meg Rad)

Yeah probably, I've just never seen a Meg conversion so didn't want to assume anything ;-)

Clio Meg RS320bhp conversion (update Meg Rad)

Easy enough to tell if radiator is right orientation with a piece of a4 paper. If fan is on front of rad then it should be sucking (i.e. the paper will stick to the fan), if on back of radiator it should be blowing (i.e. paper will be blown away from fan).

    Rear brake discs

That's why they are so expensive. I just bought the cheapest ones I could get from local motor factors (they were still £105!!!) as I was told rear brakes don't work too hard on a Clio.

    Quick Q - 197 Cambelt Kit

Pricing up the parts from RPD has them coming in at £240 plus delivery, and you will know they are genuine parts from the UK (easier to deal with any issues). http://www.renaultpartsdirect.co.uk/product/renault-cam-belt-kit-f4r/...

    Rear cup shocks

Also interested in this. RPD list 3 different types of CUP fronts, and 2 types of rears. FRONTS 197 = £65 200 2007 to 2010 = £64.60 200 2010 onwards = £65 REARS 197 = £146.05 200 = £69.60 Would love to know what the differences were. The post 2010 200 fronts had different top mounts, but the...

    Exhaust Heatshield Replacement

Has anyone replaced the original exhaust heatshields with anything like the placement cloth or adhesive matting/sheeting? My rear heat shield rattle like mad and would much prefer to ditch them and replace with heat shield sheeting.

    Toyosports or K-tec Exhaust Manifold

Another vote for the Toyosport. First track day in mine yesterday and can't fault it. The K-TEC would be nice but 600 notes is too steep IMO. Also have the lower engine bush and upper torque bush replaced with Powerflex black series.
