I have a pair of cup rear springs if you go that way. All I'd want is postage, but the trouble will be getting the front springs as they often snap so quite rare used.

Wow, that's a different place for the manifold to go. Normally it goes at the flexi joints.

What's your problem as the top mount bolts screw into the top mount and don't need a but?

Tom Bates who organised the adjustable top mount group buy will know. Look at the thread in the group buy section as I am sure it is mentioned in their.

Read the buyers guide on this forum as it explains it all. The cup model has a key ignition and black side strips. Air con can and recaro seats can be spec'd (might be a couple of other options). The wheels thread you have linked shows cars that have been lowered and possibly spacers fitted...

A good solid hit with a hammer normally splits it. Just done my meg 250 and the offside needed a bit of heat to get it split (was very careful not to warm up the lower arm ball joint).

Try Bucks Automotive in Aylesbury. Friends use them for their R26s and R26.R and they also prep 750mc mk2 Clios. Further North you could try Beaniesport in Milton Keynes.
