I would ask on the Meganesport facebook page. Having said that, I've seen a lot of posts about meg windows not moving and they say it's faulty regulators I believe - which Renault contribute some towards. May not be that but I would ask on there.

I have a connects2 and it works fine. You just need to get the right one. Easiest solution is to call connects2 and they'll tell you exactly what you need. Don't forget you'll need the patch lead for the Pioneer.
