    indeed 1st gear bothered me a bit but then I saw Clio R3 gearing. Pretty sure I'll put SADEV st75 in at some point anyway. As for the cost I admit You've found a nice setup.

    TB Rich, in cup cars once the vehicle’s electrics are switched on the amount of fuel is recorded by the fuel tank gauge and is subsequently decremented by the ECU based on the time injectors are open and their fuel flow rate. Does SC calculate fuel left in the tank in the same manner?

    I've already bought and assembled the whole car with the Cup bits including rack and steering column with EPAS (as a matter of fact a rack uses different tie rods and have some spacers fitted to decrease number of turns lock to lock in a Cup car - You can buy each of this things alone, no need...

    there's many ECUs that can handle CAN communication, including mine, although like I said there's CAN decoding on the top of that, and as we talk about X85 Cup EPAS wich is different to Mk3 Clio You'll need a cup racer to decode CAN stream and replicate it, which is my problem at the moment...

    Don't do it, I did it with mine (only difference is gearbox - mine is diffed and have shorter 5 and 6 gear along with short final drive - max speed at 7800rpm is 210km'h - but still thinking of buying Sadev with proper plate diff) and its not worth it in terms of money and time spent. Better...

    7bhp is expected gain in the mid range (where You need it most), peak power gain should be marginal (1 or 2bhp). Even though You should feel the engine revving more freely

    Clio Cup is equiped with 3,5 bar fuel pump as well , with bulit-in pressure regulator - it costs 140 euro +VAT or 200-ish along with fuel tank (as a kit)
