Sideshowfreds Ultra Red 200 -- Fully Caged Track Toy

No it's a 225 mapped to 265 bhp. Agree the QS versions are worth buying as a limited edition they will increase in value over time. I was lucky to get hold of a full QS interior with the rear seat delete and Recaro Pole positions but interior now sold as was made an offer I couldn't refuse...

    Mud flaps!

I tend to agree I'm not a big fan of mudflaps but when I looked at higher mileage 200's they were badly stone chipped just in front of the rear arches coursed by stones being flicked up by the front wheels. One possible prevention is these slim arch guards fitted just to the fronts and colour...

    Reliability and running costs

The problem you have with these cars is that as they are a performance car you don't know if it's been thrashed to an inch of its life but like any car do your homework and find out what common issues are on them as always a full service history and it's been done at the correct intervals is a...

    Mud flaps!

My thoughts exactly just make sure you get a strong bouble sided tape so they don't come unstuck. If at some point you don't like them just heat up with a hairdryer and the glue softens enough to remove. Simples. Paul

    Mud flaps!

You can either use 3 small self tappers or double sided tape. The ones I bought the double sided tape wasn't that sticky so replaced with a stronger tape, it worked very well and no harm to the bodywork. Paul

    Mud flaps!

Just looking what's available to protect my paintwork. I don't mind mudflaps if there the contoured type like these as they tend to be a bit smaller than the flat rubber ones.

    Mud flaps!

You can get them off eBay and there like flexible rubber with carbon look but I would colour code them as there flexible they mold to the shape of the arch really well.

    Mud flaps!

These are what I used on a previous car more subtle than mudflaps cheap at £7 and can be colour coded.

    Mud flaps!

Talk to me about Flaps! Mud flaps, Currently looking at spacers and one thing you can be sure of when fitted especially the fronts you will get more stone chips on the front section of the rear arch. Paul

No worries matey I like it! Still all new to me this scene so any info mods suggestions are all good. I like the photoshop of the red it works pretty well and gives more focus to the lower grills. Paul

Either way black or red would look good and if your doing the spraying yourself do it black and see how it looks first as it's easier to spray and haven't got to worry about colour matching. You could always change it to a to red if your not happy at a later date. Paul

My Albi blue 200 ( Bluey ) pics at last!

I'm a big fan of the overall look of the oem 200 front nice and modern with the unique built in diffuser. Nice lines unlike a crappy vxr. Paul
