All me and my mate did was lower the rear axel, it was about 6 bolts if I remember rightly and that lowered it enough to slide the exhaust and cat out in one piece!

Yeah stage 1 map is 300bhp and the interior is way nicer than a Clio! My mate has a red mk5 GTI (not edition 30) he's got that upto stage 2 plus and it's running 290-300bhp cost him ££££s. He did a trackday the other day and it embarresed almost everything there!
When I had the 200 diffuser with the ktec exhaust it was loud in the car! Then I put the 197 diffuser back on and it was alot quieter! It made a big difference
On the vids I've heard of the akra and ktec they both sound rather similar! I've had the miltec and the ktec, if I had to chose one of the two it would definately be the ktec! It's louder but you get loads of pops and burbles!!
