As for heights I would recommend copying the standard rake and height of the car minus a cm or so. Measure from the bottom of the rim to the guard, and when you get the coilovers copy it but don't go more than 2cm lower as it plays around with the geo a lot over bumps. It's a very basic set up...

Hi all, Quick question the coolant hose under the oil filter is swelling and is now touching the sump very very slightly, but wanted to replace it to save me hassle down the road if it wears through. Anyone know the part number for the hose? Cheers guys.

Leads me to my next question. what is the best way to remove the control arms? I read lowering the radiator is best, I had a look and the front bolt for the control arm is super tight to get to.
