If no garage I would definitely wash, protect then cover the car. Keep battery on trickle charge and don't be tempted to start engine if it's only off the road for a few months. If possible get it on axle stands so the tyres don't get flat spots. Release hand brake and I would personally stick...

I think most people get a new boot panel. Certainly Renault would replace the boot during the warranty period.

Think they all get out of shape over time. Take the glovebox out and stick some anti rattle tape under where the lock connects. It maybe too far gone though if the light switch is not turning off.

Apperently the rust that starts under the rear window is due to the window 'dropping' and causing it to rub on the paint then the water collects there.

Pads and discs look OK to be fair. Like said if you are planning more trackdays I would upgrade pads, discs and get HEL braided lines.
