Yiannis' Albi Blue R27 - Toning down...

Hey they? The ones on Kam racing are exactly the same to the ones I bought 6 years ago (I think, maybe even earlier), part numbers are also the same. What makes you say that they changed the design mate? Also, I was eyeing at the reyland floating rotors. Not enough feedback on those though and...

Yiannis' Albi Blue R27 - Toning down...

I've got the performance friction 330mm mate, I've changed rotors once in the past and I'm looking for replacements now as I'm running low. This kit is mega, not so much for the extra diameter as such but for heat dissipation, it was the only setup that could take me through the Alps, no...

    Battery cut off and ECU?

I've got a lithium battery and thinking to disconnect it for the winter months. Unfortunately the garage where I store my car doesn't have a socket to run a charger so disconnecting is the only way forwards if I don't want to ruin the battery. Question is, would the lack of power cause any...

    Trackspec Clio 197

Shame to see the beast go but new purchase sounds very promising, can't wait for updates! Someone is going to buy a very nice car indeed. Matt, can you please tell me what length are your studs and what offset is your wheel? I need to buy a set but I don't want them to extrude from the inside...

Make sure you remove the scuttle panel and check whether the drains are blocked. Another great french design!

    My Clio 197 F1 Team.

Hi and welcome to the forum, I do hope you iron out all the issues and enjoy the Clio ownership. These are great little cars when they are on sing. The problem tough is that mk3 clios are getting old and as the years go by it'd be trickier to find a good example. And that's why it's always...

Yiannis' Albi Blue R27 - Toning down...

Back from the Alps then, no drama this year - car performed flawlessly and after last year's 'events' I included a full on spare in the boot:) Only downside was that I run out of tyres so I did Napoleon on idling...which sucks. But hey, immense experience once again! Some pics and videos...

Yiannis' Albi Blue R27 - Toning down...

And you might be bang on there mate. Sometimes listening the engine screaming is not the fastest way! It's certainly more enjoyable though I can tell you that!:)

Yiannis' Albi Blue R27 - Toning down...

haha not just lifting, but hovering over the middle pedal as well! pussy me:) Thanks mate! I'm sure there is a way quicker way to go through there than mine and I take what you say on board since you know your stuff:) I tried 4th full throttle but the car was coasting away (dead AD08Rs)...

Yiannis' Albi Blue R27 - Toning down...

Terribly sorry mate but totally missed your question. Absolutely is the answer. Brilliantly weighted and much better feel. I like the fact that it's metal as well. I wouldn't go back to the original shifter. A lot mate but I just don't have as much time as I used to so as to keep this thread...

If Porsche made a hot hatch

I'm not a springs fan but if it was the only option available I would go for Eibach, perfect enough drop and their spring rates are far better than H&Rs. Thing is that you are losing damper travel and most importantly there is only one kind available for purchase. Now, there are 4 different...

    Shuv's Racing Blue 200...................

And that shows that there are always people looking for a cherished car, no matter what brand that is. Congrats on your rapid sale and more than fair pricing mate. The new owner is a lucky sod. So the million dollar question, how are you planning to fill up the garage then?
