Battery cut off and ECU?

I've got a lithium battery and thinking to disconnect it for the winter months. Unfortunately the garage where I store my car doesn't have a socket to run a charger so disconnecting is the only way forwards if I don't want to ruin the battery.
Question is, would the lack of power cause any issues to the ECU?

Was at my garage which also is a Renault dealer today and asked them. According to them it's no problem. Just make sure the ignition is turned off when you disconnect the battery.
