Yes, I used a cap off a Cedevita bottle if I remember correctly (that was back in 2009).

I used a plastic cover off one of our soft drink bottles for the calipers. The masking tape won't do it if you're having them sandblasted before powdercoating like I did.

Still sucks hot air under the bonnet.

I don't like the idea of an open cone filter in the engine bay (especially so close to the exhaust manifold) when it comes to N/A engines. Turbo engines with proper IC's are a whole different ball game.

It can only be positive because the intake doesn't suck the warm air under the bonnet.

You can have understeer, but torque steer on our Clio's no way. I have Quaife LSD and it's great. Far less understeer in tight corners and especially roundabouts.

I've been using DS2500 for the last 3 years now - great pads.

The flat spot can be remapped out in most of the cases. Removal of the 2nd cat usually means that the second (the first one is on the exhaust manifold) cat is removed.

I have it too. It's a safety feature. It can probably be switched off in CLIP.

I have a Cup Racer 22mm ARB and it's great. Felt less understeer when fitted. It turned out to be a great mod. At the same time I've installed a front UR strut bar, and later on rear UR ARB and strut bar too (but haven't noticed any difference due to the engine brake in period - didnt't drive...
