    Yellow Speed Vs Bilstein B14

I have driven both (I actually have a set of used B14s with adjustable top mounts in the attic, basically I was going to track my Clio before I bought another E36 to track instead lol, so I do need to sell them). But this was bought before YSR were out / was new. I have driven a car with YSRs...

    Yellow Speed Vs Bilstein B14

Quality isn't better than YSR really, YSR are massive in the jap community, just first delve into French cars for them. If you price up adjustable top mounts + B14s the YSR are cheaper. This has been covered a few times so worth doing a search. B14 have just monotube fronts, YSR is monotube...

PureMotorsport Cup Racer EE Bracket Kit

So definitely blind lmao. So cheap for a bump steer correction (but then for roll centre with all the extra bits it adds up a lot) as my E36 just the adjustable track rod ends with spacers is a good £250, but of course don't need shafts etc, so roll centre correction is much cheaper.

PureMotorsport Cup Racer EE Bracket Kit

Lol yes and no, as I never said normal height Clio. But yes what I was getting at (and link up Alex's post and observation) is the 20mm, seeing as no one would really run lower than the Cup Racers, this is the max most would need. Yeah if your Geo still can be dialled in with more camber etc...

PureMotorsport Cup Racer EE Bracket Kit

The post of mine you quoted, the main words I said was "on really low clios", I meant like my previous talking about Clio Racer heights. Also don't forget Alex's post again I quoted was genuine cup racer parts (he went the full shebang with all the parts). So the matching 20mm correction for...

PureMotorsport Cup Racer EE Bracket Kit

I never meant "only correct bump steer" I meant it would make the bigger difference. Also don't forget the kits are made for the cup racer cars, so the 20mm difference was what was sufficient for those cars (seeing as most people will run the same heights or close enough, that correction should...

PureMotorsport Cup Racer EE Bracket Kit

So there is bump steer adapters, Alex from back in the day got them from Rsport https://clio197.net/threads/whos-using-cup-racer-r3-bits.51613/post-637300 Edit: So it looks like Alex measured 20mm correction for both Bump steer and roll centre...

PureMotorsport Cup Racer EE Bracket Kit

Ah ok, I couldn't see it on their site, I think that will make a big difference on really low Clios more so!

PureMotorsport Cup Racer EE Bracket Kit

Roll centre correction when you lower a car makes a big difference, mine needs correcting so much on the E36! Also the bump steer more so. The knuckle design on the Clio does help compared to traditional front knuckles, but cup racers ran much lower (I know some are actually running their...

    Check emission

I would suggest then getting the car scanned (preferably with CLiP) to see what errors are flagging / stored, then even clear and see what comes back. As it could be so many things, lambdas, leaks etc.

    Tyres Again . . . . .

I've done exactly this, on many different types of cars (FWD, RWD, mid engined) they're great, I just went to 5s on the Clio and they're brilliant in all conditions for me (driving holiday I did a while back in all conditions, my mate who works at Pirelli was so impressed with them in the wet...

The Definitive What Suspension Do You Have Thread...

Yes Koni only adjust rebound, but that's not really loads better than combined really, as compression might be set really stiff or soft as standard. Coilovers for MK3 Clios have always been super high end, or B14s, not anything inbetween, whereas many other makes have sooo many options that are...

The Definitive What Suspension Do You Have Thread...

Out of those options I would go for Yellowspeed, you said "they only have combined adjustments" but unless you buy KW V3s (which are 3x the price) nothing really has separate damping adjustment for rebound and compression. Don't forget too that the YSR coilovers have monotube front and rear...
