Full fat is a standard Clio (so keyless entry etc) with Cup pack. Options are then extra on top.

From memory it was the complexity of the VVT / getting it to work with Clio gubbins. The 225 etc engines the rods are a weaker point, why most who run standard engines cap their power (well their torque). So some people push them too far and on top of that the cooling problems people have had...
