Servus! Schöne Zelle vom Christian ;)

The damage is much worse than i thought. The front axle is also broken. I am trying to get some sponsoring for this season, so I can continue with my championship. But it doesn't look very good at this moment.

Yeah I know... Would have been much worse if I hitted one of the first two trees.

It is still a prototype. There are two btw... one for the front part, one for the small back opening. If the final version is done, I could sell you those. Should be around 35-40€ + Shipping.

Sad news! We had a crash last saturday... Everyone is okay. It was a fast, slippy section and I braked to late. I just get it managed to brake in between the first two trees, but hitted the next one some metres later. Repair costs are about 2000€, but at this time we have no budget left, so...

Yes... it broke after about 100 km...

You have to check the bolt! I think you used the standard M8 bolt? It will definitely break! We drilled a bigger hole and used a M10... but it was also broken after one rally. Now I am using a M12 12.9 ...

Next victory :D We had two rallys this weekend. On both rallys we achieved the 2nd place in our class. The stage was very difficult to drive. Lots of fast and bumpy sections through forests. We are still leading in our championship. Overall-Ranking of the second rally, including all classes...

Next race, next great result :w00t: 2nd place (of 26) at my "home-rally", 500 metres away from my house :D And 3rd place (of 47) in the overall-ranking (including Mitsubishi Evo, BMW M3, M5, Subaru Impreza etc...). I am leading in my championship now. Next rally is this saturday.

Suspension is a custom-made KW Competition 3A, fully adjustable (compression high- & lowspeed, rebound and ride height). The flexis are powersprints (powersprint.info). I think the diameter was 51 mm and 100 mm length.

3rd place in the first race (never thought this would be possible, because i have a stock engine, stock gearbox and no LSD) :D the setup of the car is amazing and very easy to drive!

Some pictures of my testday on the Sachsenring. In the first turn i tried to get a feeling for the new car. After some corners I recognized that the rear was a little bit nervous and I had problems with oversteering. Before turn #2 I adjusted the rear suspension to get it a bit softer...

NEW MOUNTING BRACKET (pic #3): The alternator is moved from the top position to the bottom. You have to change the cable route (done in 2 minutes). Just compare the pic with the standard layout in your engine bay, then you will see the difference. We also enlarged the bottom standard...

New wheel studs, brake discs (Brembo HC), brake pads (Endless A06), brake lines and a spare wheel holder: The suspension is also fitted now. My manifold was broken, so i got two new flexible pipes. I will test the whole setup this saturday on the Sachsenring...

We built a "relocation kit". With this bracket the alternator sits on the position of the aircon pump. All u need is this bracket and a shorter belt. I will send you some pics and the part number of the belt this evening.
