Thanks guys, and Gam beat me to it rosscoe, ive just had a 90 mile round trip today up to newcastle and back and there spot on, comfy when i was cruising it on the motorway. Then held the car perfectly when i was blasting through the country roads back towards home :)

Took the punt after seeing Gam's photos on here and with the help from J_gadd4 and CL10 JAD fitted the Cooksport springs to my clio 200 yesterday, turns out it was a good thing I was changing the springs as the front driver's spring had cracked and snapped at the bottom. I haven't done many...
