No i'd sooner go for function than form. I'd read that the rims look lost under the arches without and i'd seen a couple with spacers. I didn't realise they affected the handling sooo much. I'll wait and see what I think when I get it back

Hello, I've just had delivered a set of H&R springs for the car from Amazon which cost me just £77.00. I looked everywhere and they were all around the £170-£180 mark and then a pair popped up on Amazon for £77 which would come from Germany. So I took a punt and here they are H&R Box by Jon...

I've had a quote for £180 which I have agreed to. Told him he can keep the car for a week so he can do it as he pleases which sweetened the deal.

Afternoon all, I've just been quoted 5hrs to change the springs on my Clio 197/200. 1hr for the rears and 3.8hrs for the front. Does this seem excessive or about right? I was expecting no more than 2 hours total...
