no problem at all mate, yes thats from the start of the foam to the tip of a wave does it feel thicker then??

thickest part ive measured as 1.5cm mate dont have a tape measure, also worth noting its not flat bottom its a waved edged with pyramind style shapes on the underside

just recently had my spoiler fitted from sprayshack, and also some new red brake callipers, excuse the state of the car and poor quality pictures..camera is on charge and car is going to be clayed next week:)

you can go larger just means cuttting the hole bigger, my local audio place want to strip my system out asd fit new larger speakers but keep it looking oem with a new wiring system from HU to amp but its not top priority so its not getting done just yet
