You've said your brake pedal was spongy, and that you can press the pedal to the floor with minimal effort which suggests there's still air in the system. You also weren't sure you've bled the abs pump through correctly, although I replaced both rear calipers on mine and used a pressure bleeder...

If I were you I'd be spending money on having the brakes bled through properly first with new fluid before buying upgraded pads. The standard brembo discs and pads are absolutely more than good enough if not tracking.

Put a few drops of oil down and redo a 'wet' compression test. If the figures rise then piston rings are the likely issue, but your figures are certainly low.

Go on a Renault dealer website and spec a clio with that colour, then email Renault UK and ask them the colour code.

You could use a borescope down the spark plug holes to check for damage (piston to valve contact), and/or take the sump off to check for rod damage. But if it's running OK then I'd just forget it personally.
