Just got a new 2 me 200 - need to change track rods & ends

7701475837 - Inners 7701474795 & 7701474796 - Ends TRW made the renault track rod ends and a pair of them is £36 from Kamracing, Inners look like £30ish each for TRW as well. Wouldn’t waste your money on official renault parts when OEMs are the same parts for cheaper

    The High Mileage Track car

It is just an insert connected to the front stud, you could try tapping it out but sounds like the threads have stripped. I think I lost a stud at some point so just cut the head off a bolt and screwed it in hand tight with the same loctite I used for the wheel studs, It's still holding strong now.

    Sunroof drain hose issue

Basically everything has to come out at the front in order to pull that foam out in one piece. Steering column, dash bar, wiring loom, heater matrix

We have already been rubbing quite a bit on the front arch liners and bumper so there is not much left, you’re probably right it will need to self clearance itself a bit more!

    Glacier White 200 Cup

It's a white Renault Zoe :tearsofjoy: I did consider getting some but I'd seen a man with a mullet on YouTube do it quite effectively with a blow torch which I already had. It seemed to work pretty well. I need to drive the clio to work a few days next week so I'll find out if it's made much...

In both ( :grimacing: ) our crashes the car still started up fine afterwards, the airbags went off on the first one and the airbags were disabled in the second one.

Throttle Pedal Potentiometer Bank 2 Reading Help

The second signal voltage should be half the first, so if its reading each signal separately 88% for the first and 44% for the second would make sense.

Throttle Pedal Potentiometer Bank 2 Reading Help

Hmm, you could try looking at the same data with another logging tool to see if it’s the same. Failing that, maybe physically look at the throttle body whilst the pedal is pressed to see if it’s fully opened.

Throttle Pedal Potentiometer Bank 2 Reading Help

The voltage of each potentiometer should increase together, one just starts at a higher voltage than the other. What issue are you having?

    Glacier White 200 Cup

I copied the technique from @RSRowe’s thread. https://clio197.net/threads/the-crunchy-197.61366/page-9#post-738752 It’s essentially just front bumper off, rad support off, tie the radiator up out of the way and crack on as normal, there’s just about enough room to get it out with the engine...
