    Track Rods or Steering Rack?

Only way to tell for sure it's to take both the inner and outer track rods out and inspect the joints and the rack itself. I haven't done it myself but apparently there is also a bush on the nearside inside the rack that is replaceable and might be worn.

    Random stutter/misfire

I measured on mine and it was around 165 psi but with throttle body open so possibly 120 about right but haven't tried with closed throttle.

    Silverstone Edition 200 - AST 5100

Yeah I can't hear any noise from my V6 airbox either,I think the plastic housing dampens the noise quite a bit, fiberglass or carbon would be much better.

Stupid mistake: Have I now got to remove the inlet manifold?

Was it fine before? If so probably left something unplugged.

    Dead 197 - Electrical Issue…

Quite strange,i believe if the orange check engine light doesnt come on at all that means the ecu has no power to it. There is a fuse for the obd port, number 4,just make sure to check it just in case. Also fuse 1 for the ecu. Also double check the relevant fuses in the uch in the engine...

Stupid mistake: Have I now got to remove the inlet manifold?

no shouldn't need to,just inspect it (you'll only see the top one) visually and make sure there is no breaks or crumbling apart.

Stupid mistake: Have I now got to remove the inlet manifold?

yeah done that before myself, easy to take the manifold out,(just the top part) wouldn't certainly risk it for the sake of 10 minutes it takes to do it

    Dead 197 - Electrical Issue…

What reader are you using? Even if immobilized it shouldn't prevent you from reading codes.

    Dead 197 - Electrical Issue…

Are you sure the obd port is not working? Is it keyless? Put it in first gear, foot on the brake, press start button and obd should work, then once connected if you can see any rpm when you crank the crankshaft sensor is working and you don't waste your money.

    Cutting out at high revs.

By the way the throttle body does indeed open all the way so can exclude that.

I came across one of your replies to an old thread and seems like whats happening with mine to be honest lol,did you figure out how the CLiP diag fixed the downstream sensor in the end? I did try running catalyst test with mine but it failed for some reason, will try again anyway. Those fault...

No problem, meanwhile I've tested the 4 wires to the downstream oxygen sensor to ECU and nothing came up

and now i am also getting this fault code in the UPC: (DF008 1 DEF) On my system it comes up as Accelerator pedal position sensor 1 circuit/open,not sure if thats correct.

Do you have the wiring diagram for the plug of the downstream oxygen sensor please? This is what the plug looks like:

    Cutting out at high revs.

Spark plugs are actually two years old and maybe 5k miles old, inspected and they visually looked okay, I'll change them soon anyway. There's actually no immobilizer light coming on,only the eml comes on together with the traction control light and it cuts the revs out. I cannot use live data...

    Cutting out at high revs.

Oh I didn't know the second oxygen sensor could affect fueling,I thought it was only there to monitor if the catalyst is working. Yeah Im not sure why the wiring was repaired, previous owner told me they replaced the uch don't why,if I had to bet all they have done was repair these 4 wires and...

    Cutting out at high revs.

Yes indeed, about 4 wires have had a repair on them, although they all feel solid and can't see any breaks.
