Thanks although I wouldn't use any of these diy flock kits as it's a pain to get a uniform coating and companies that can do the flocking for you are pretty expensive, that's why I went with the stretch material.

I have taken all the cover out if you look in my thread but its not a pretty job lol,im sure if you had more patience you could only take the metal cover off and leave the thin plastic part in place but the tabs are pretty fragile.

Is it on the stock map? I found my one remapped almost completely removed the kangaroing,it's night and day so I would think that's your best option if you have already changed parts. Definitely wouldn't pay ktec 100£ an hour for diagnostics.

I've had it done it on mine with Clip and was told to leave the ECU In place, everything else is disconnected from the airbag ECU though.

It is about 200 from rpd,I definitely noticed a difference when I fitted mine,there is some HP to gain can't remember exactly as the stock airbox size is a bit restrictive.

Yes it is above the oil filter but at the front of the engine,I would replace the sensor and see how it goes. Are you sure it is 322 for the fault code? Because to me that it's coming up as crankshaft position sensor circuit.

Have you found a decent place where to get the sensor from? I need to change mine as well, probably easiest to take the bumper off and go from the left side of the radiator, it's just under the lower intake manifold. I guess it could cause your issues if it's gone faulty as it has to do with...

Thanks for the reply, I've fitted the 200 driveshaft now and driven the car,no problems so far,if anything I prefer having the 200 driveshaft as the middle section is all solid and there is no o-ring that can go bad and spill grease everywhere like the 197 one.
