Allways seemed pretty ok to me. Added K&N panel filter, then better throttle response. Now added Milltek non res plus de cat pipe. She feels much more powerfull. Never had the usual flat spot, but now stutters sometimes, can drive around it though. Need to get on rollers to see where she's at.

That's strange, mine was joined between rear box and centre section. Just unclamped and pulled out as above images.

Standard rear box is one piece.

Which garage did you go to ? If not been to R & S Motors in Saltash, then would suggest second opinion.
