Right then... the manifold is on!!!! and wow!!!! Its sounds amazing! Not a massive difference at low revs.. but once it gets to about 3000.. it completely changes! A lot more raspy, louder, and lots of pops and bangs! They notched the subframe for me and it doesn't touch unless I'm at very low...

Was the manifold worth it? For the extra noise and pops and bangs?

Definitely can't wait to hear it with the precat removed!! I know it will be different on the oreca but ill get some idea then :D and Paul said he's going to do mine for me as my new manifold arrived today so I'll have a full decat :D

Just wondering, has anyone on here had the decat manifold with the decat pipe and crackle map ? I've seen people with crackles but only seen them with main cat gone.... would love to hear what it sounds like... or would I be the first to have full decat and crackle? I cant imagine that I would be ?

not to fussed about the cabin vibration, just want to try and stop the manifold from damaging

Right lads, ive got a new decat manifold and I've heard they rattle when theyre fitted and to stop ive ive seen you need the lower engine mount upgrading, can someone put the link on here of the mount I need please?

Yehh I love them to drive! Ahh yehh my rattles more than a box of spanners and sqeaks :L bit annoying but still love the car :D ohh I will indeed mate!

Ahh right, not sure if I did or not. I've not see that many up this way tbh, only one other I think. The kangarooing doesn't seem to be too bad tbh :) I love my 197, done a few bits to it, exhaust air filter etc, makes a bit of a racket on the motorway but doesn't put me off one bit!
