Do you have copies of the advert which state that it has a f/s/h? Or at correspondence from them ie e-mail that show that they've lied? If a garage said to me that the car had f/s/h I'd believe them too if I'm honest. If it was from a private seller I wouldn't without proof.

I love 197.net. It's a friendly forum which allows opinions but in a sensible way which other forums fail to get the balance right. I browse most days and post where I can.

Sounds a bit like mine (release bearing has gone) but when i push the clutch pedal in it goes.
