Chances are you'll need a new loom for the alarm. Because this happens... It's about £250. But the agg is you have to pretty much strip out the whole interior of the car to do it.

Exactly. A new spec'd 275 is like 30k so it's a pointless argument. If no one bought new cars there would be no second hand ones to buy. So people WILL pay that. - I for one. And I'm not worried about the price if I plan on keeping it 5/6 years anyway.

Had a real good look over the Trophy at FoS and it looks good. The matt white is very nice, but given the choice I think i'd still pick LY. The new seats are very comfortable, more so than the Recaros. Interesting to know there's only supposed to be a limit of 500 on these but apparently Renault...

Not expensive. Cheapest place is about 180 per side. They're a frikkin pig to do.

Nah. But serviceable parts like brakes aren't cheap and you're looking at a set every 25k, that's if you don't track i.e. 800 a corner. Tyres will also set you back about 500quid a corner. Again, probably yearly.

What kind of service costs you 3k? Plenty of places out there that service the GTR for less than 300 quid.
