TUV approval means nothing in the UK, you'll be fine with that fitment just make sure you get the correct spigot rings to fit the clio centre bore.

There are a few back tailgates on ebay for £100-£150, easy enough to change yourself.

Technically harnesses have to be at least 3 point and have a BS marking (British Standard) to pass an mot. Some testers might be picky but as long as you can prove they conform you'll be fine.
