Update. It sounds worse when going in reverse?

So, the other half was driving the clio today down a country lane and hit a pot hole on the left side. I've just taken it out and it sounds like a rubbing sound from the back left tire region. I've used a torch but can't actually see anything. I don't think I can hear it constantly but sometimes...

Great question on a clio forum.. the R26 looks like a box with a turbo and your 197 has a great back end and it's NA. Definitely an upgrade ;)

I have ns-2rs as my summer tire choice. (Medium compound) and I prefer them over my old Yoko AD08s. They do let up when spanked on track though where the RSR would probably be fine. My winter tires are rainsport 3's so I don't really know the ns-2rs wet grip. Although I do have a clenched bum...

First things first. Are you sure your bolts are done up? I had a fluid change recently and the garage didn't do up my bolts over the rear axle so the loose wheels were vibrating!

Blower setting 1,2 and 3 all works on a 197 FF, but this morning number 4 stopped all together. Any ideas or similar occurrences? Will Edit. I've just searched and seen it's a wire melting problem. Mods can delete thread :)

Budgets might be better in the wet that semi slicks Indunno. But i have NS-2Rs for summer and Uniroyal rainsport 3s for winter after some seriously sketchy moments on summer tyres last winter! Just be careful mate..
