For installation though, will the clio subframes that are currently the fitted to the standard cup seats fit the recaro seats?

Asked this on my other thread but got no replies.. can I put the new seats on my current subframes? will adaptation be needed, if so how much work?

I think they probably are real i'm just over cautious. Wouldn't get the Renault ones just because they wear so bad, wish they were half leather. Anyone had sparco seats before or are they just a poor mans option? so much cheaper !

I think fake recaros are more common than you realise! Well when you compare them you can see the differences, and the seller seems too keen to get rid.. think im leaving them and getting corsa vxr ones.

Worth the extra £400 over the half leather ones ?? Can't justify it :/

haha I like to think i'm a good driver, I rode motorbikes as well, it was just bad circumstances at the time but that's in the past now ! Track days would be good but I wouldn't be able to get there.. when I get the licence back i'll be there. I think i'm gonna go with recaro's though, scared...

how much did the h&r springs cost to fit? how do they drive compared to standard?

Getting various other bits but it's between those for price. Full green chrome wrap... Money I'll never get back. Or seats which I can sell on eventually. If bolsters don't wear and cost me a fortune.

What would you get ?

Ideally I would like to purchase some corsa VXR recaros as they are similar to the clio ones but the bolsters don't wear as much and they are more widely available 2nd hand. How easy would it be to fit these to my car? Would it just mean removing the subframes and fitting them to the clio...

Anyone had this done ? How much would I be looking at?

Yeah but at the end of the day I was caught behind the wheel over the limit and it's still a mandatory ban. 12 month minimum! Just bought a brand new motorbike the week before as well

Huge amount of special circumstances.. Would cost thousands to try fight it and may not even make a difference so it's not worth it. Just getting on with it !

Sorry mate no problems I'll get it sorted when I decide to sell, need to transfer the plate first. The ban was very unfair in my opinion but I just have to take it on the chin!
