    Cheers for the info, I've always been one to run at higher pressures so that didn't phase me, the oem continentals are W's yes but A2's only come in Y's. Thinks I'll stick with the non XL's, through work I'm getting mates rates so i should be newly shod by tues with change from £400 for the 4...

    Just put 51 litres in at 487 miles, computer read 38.8 actual was 43mpg, rag time currently at 22mpg a bit more like it...

    Anyone tried these Michelins, or have them? Heard some glowing reports and web reviews seem v positive, was wondering if worth the extra expense, need new shoes and tyres are the one thing I won't scrimp on. Any suggestions welcome Mairtin

    Paint thickness

    Anybody any idea what to paint thickness is like on our 200's. Did a quick search but no joy, soon applying Gtechniq's new coating but was considering a full correction detail too, but car doesn't really need as only a year old, however if paint thickness good I might aswell Regards Mairtin
