No the seat base is textured which did make it an absolute git to get the sticker to stick. If i'd had time it would probably have paid to put the seat out flat back and repaint it smooth.

Fixed this on our car this weekend gone. Removed inner arch cover - removed one bolt fixing bumper to wing- sprung bumper out a little way - covered wing with sheet and then placed a paint scraper between wing and bumper to hold out and deflect heat. Then with a screwdriver deforming the clip...

Left hand brake off last night and was free this morning. Stupidly then put it on to warm the car up and they stuck !! Gave them a quick blast with the hot air gun and 5 mins later they were off :D One happy wife

Currently suffering from the dreaded sticky rear pads. I know a lot of people here have changed for non OEM to help. Which pads provided best performance vs least susceptibility to sticking. Thanks Dean.
