    Cleaning Speedlines

Sealants are supposed to be better than waxes/pastes. I used Poorboys on my matte black wheels and it didn't add to the finish, but I also think there are better sealants out there. I also use bilberry and it's fine to use on the matte finish. Once they're sealed properly, you shouldn't need...

    Spirit Blue Fiesta ST

I like it mate! Do you know if these wheels would fit a standard car with the offset ET45?

    A nice smell...

Smells lush. ...for 1 day lol. Just doesn't last. California Scents Coronado Cherry lasts a lot longer, it's just a bit overpowering at first!

    Megane 225

Looks like a cup, didn't they only do inferno in cups? You're right about the colour of the brake calipers - my 225 facelift had the cup pack but silver calipers.

    Wheel Cleaning / Iron X

You'd need something stronger than bilberry. IronX is a good shout, as is VP Dragons Breath (tried both). Try Sonax wheel cleaner as an alternative!

    My detailing kit.

It's fun but I wouldn't say a necessity. A degreaser like Auto Finesse Citrus Power is a lot more effective really, but it'd cost you a small fortune to use it every wash. And you'd still inflict some damage - there is no such thing as a swirl free wash in reality, just minimising the damage...

megane 230 desire yey or ney?

Jonny has covered a fair few main points above. Running costs are the same as the Clio's to be honest, and if you're careful you can get decent MPG figures (around 35). I loved my 225, but I've driven a 230 regularly too. Definitely get a test drive booked! Get on rsmegane.com :)

(Fiesta ST) Sunset Drive and New Alloys

Fitted my new TD Pro Race 1.2's yesterday and grabbed some pictures whilst the sun was setting earlier this evening. Happy with them for now, but it definitely needs lowering! These ST's really are cracking cars :)
