the maxogen setup looks spot on glenn,very neat as well which i know you wanted paul at RS Tuning told me to run it down the back so it should work well,shakey hand man ran his open filter down the back as well on his NA engine which looked very good

Does it only crackle when the cars is sat still and revved? How is it done? Over fueling? Surely other mappers could do this if so resulting in a lot less traveling?

you should be fine mate just fitting a cat back exhaust,no remap required,you'd only really need a remap if you remove the either of the cats or the centre silencer as doing that can cause a flat spot if you can afford a remap though mate i'd go for it,you won't see that much more peak power...

get your coilovers fitted jam,any worn rubbers or misalignment will show then

the focus rs has the same recaros and they can be adjusted,think some of the ford lads even re-drill them to lower them further
