I have a standard exhaust but I now remember that the boot catch on my old RS197 was the cause of a similar noise back in the day... I will try the PVC tape trick to see if I can fix the noise... Thanks for the helpful comments everyone!

I was set on a Cup spoiler but once I'd seen a Sprint spoiler in the flesh I wanted one! It finishes the rear end of the car off so well it is hard to understand why Renault don't fit one in the factory as standard... I think the Cup spoiler looks too cheap & plasticky in comparison...!

Bloody thing looked absolutely dead centre when I went to bed - my garage must have gremlins in it.... :-)

I got mine with a SprayShack group buy and the paint job was top notch!! I definitely recommend the Sprint spoiler and mine was bonded on with the supplied adhesive... [I am increasingly annoyed that is it about 1-2mm too far to the left though but that is my OCD showing through.... :-) ]

I think I will remove the C L I O badge this weekend - it looks dated & naff & I am sure it is easy enough to remove!

The front is good but the back looks much better without the black & without the C L I O badge! Mine isn't even quite central!!!! :-(
