As already said on here get out and ride them both if you can....personal choice is Cannondale for me as always loved them! Too be fair though there is also a lot of other bikes in this area you could have a look at...always the way though...decisions decisions!

Did Renault tell you how many gearboxes have actually been replaced? Does seem as Foxspeed has also explained with so many people having issues and boxes being replaced there is a manufacturing fault in either material or design....very interesting thread.

Why not hire a helmet for your first track day? I think most places do this and it is normally on £20 for the day or even less. That way you can try a track day without the big expense that it could turn into..... If you do get into doing track days then investing in your own helmet will be...

Well my little Clio headed to Birchdown Services this morning with my Old Man at the wheel as I had to work and he came home full of praise! The lads completed a full 3rd service and did a great job. My Dad said as soon as he arrived he was greeted and said the lads knew exactly what needed...

I have a Clio 197 (08' plate) and recently the gearbox hasnt felt its normal slick self. It seems to be very tight and stiff, and when changing gear very notchy. Also when changing up through the gears you hear a clunk noise. To change gear you also have to have the clutch right down at times...

The Orme is still used for the odd motorsport event...mainly classic touring rallies. The last time I went round it competitive was 2004. Quite interesting on forest tyres when you hit a patch of oil! haha
