    I'm a Clio chav!?!

I love my meg'd Clio, its probably a bit too full on for a everyday person wanting to do everyday normal person things.....luckily I'm not that normal everyday person. Having driven a Megane 265, I can say it's far more refined and does the job effortlessly, but for me that made the car boring...

    Project CARS

I've finally found some settings that allow me to drive! But the only way to drive without any major glitches is using the cockpit view, everything else just flickers across the screen.

megane 225 conversion what gearbox to use?

I run the meg box too, as you say longer ratios, which for everyday stuff makes the car friendlier to use. The Clio box makes the car more racey as you would constantly be changing gear. I like the fact that with the Meg box you can poodle along, plant the throttle if needed and it just leaves...

    Lightened flywheels

I have a ATB in my car, it's amazing! Gripper might be better, but it's probably a bit too full on from what I've witnessed from being a passenger in a friends vxr with one fitted, as low speeds it seems too grabby - ideal for a race car with high speeds though! If I were given the choice again...

    Optimus Primer....

Decided it was time to do my yearly strip down of the brakes and do a nut and bolt check to make sure nothing was loose. After quickly identifying that I had got my money out of my brakes, it was time for a new set. As always had a good look about to see what options were available, I opted...

Cazan Racing 330mm brake disks + Ferodo DS1.11 = ruined pads

Ones on the left are from the inside of the caliper.

Cazan Racing 330mm brake disks + Ferodo DS1.11 = ruined pads

Think that I will remove the fog lights and fit some ducting down into the caliper! If I can get the photos to upload from photobucket I would happily share my findings!

Cazan Racing 330mm brake disks + Ferodo DS1.11 = ruined pads

The PF kit that I've just taken off my car looks similar to your Reyland kit in all honesty, pistons in the caliper moves freely as did the sliders, so I know I've not had a stuck on caliper. I was running CL RC6 which could be a cause, but the inside wearing on both sides of the car look extreme.

Cazan Racing 330mm brake disks + Ferodo DS1.11 = ruined pads

I'm about to fit the Reyland set today, providing that my DS2500 pads arrive today! I have been running with the PF 330kit with no problems, but the CL RC6 pads have killed the rotors. For £500 I'm not expecting them to be as good as the PF kit, but if they are absolutely rubbish then I will...

    Project CARS

I haven't even attempted online as playing it alone seems too much effort! I've played it over the weekend and there is no consistency to how the car reacts to driver inputs. Karting you may as well just bin as the steering input means you have to go around every corner at walking pace.

PF 330 brake discs - options?!

With the PF kit you have the choice with floating or not by using a the spacer plate too.

    Track rod ends

You sure that they fit as I was under the impression that they are Renault/r-sport items only. Difference between those part numbers are brand - Ocap are aftermarket and lemforder are O.E parts.
